SUBMIT YOUR ONLINE PROXY NOW FOR A SPECIAL GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING

Greetings Fellow PICPAns,


We need to gather two-thirds (2/3) online proxy votes among PICPA members in good standing to amend our Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws for PICPA to be an Accredited Integrated Professional Organization (AIPO) for CPAs as well as to provide facility and ability to conduct its membership meetings and elections electronically through online voting.

PICPA will keep your submitted proxy forms for three years, FY2021-2022, FY2022-2023, and FY2023-2024. On the scheduled date of a general membership meeting called for this purpose, only the Members in Good Standing as of the cut-off date will be considered in the tabulation of the total proxies gathered.
