March 18, 2022 to March 17, 2023 as the Centenary Year of Accountancy Profession

President Duterte signed Proclamation No. 1333 declaring March 18, 2022 to March 17, 2023 as the Centenary Year of the Accountancy Profession in the Philippines.

For this purpose, the Professional Regulatory Board of Accountancy will lead the observance and celebration of this milestone in the history of the Accountancy Profession in our country. All other agencies and instrumentalities of the National Government, GOCCs, State Universities and Colleges, LGUs, non-government organizations, professional associations, and the private sector are enjoined to provide support and assistance, as well as to actively participate to ensure the successful implementation of the said Proclamation.
