HON. TESS DIMACULANGAN TAKES OATH AS NEW BOA MEMBER

Completing the 7-member Professional Regulatory Board of Accountancy (PRBOA), Hon. Maria Teresa Socorro Z. Dimaculangan took her oath as the newest member of the Board on February 8, 2022 at the PICC. Her oath was administered by no less than the Chair of the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), Hon. Teofilo S. Pilando, Jr.
The ceremony was witnessed by PR BOA members, Hon. Gloria Baysa, Hon. Arlyn Villanueva and Hon. Gervasio Piator; former PR BOA member, Hon. Gerard Sanvictores; Past PICPA VP for Public Practice, Mr. Mhycke Gallego (also representing PICPA MMR Chair, Ms. Geraldine Apostol) ; ACPACI President, Mr. Aphat Martinez (also representing PICPA President, Ms Marydith Miguel); and her husband, Mr. Fred Dimaculangan.
An intimate lunch celebration ensued. It was attended by Hon. Tess’ collegues in the profession including our very own ACPACI President and Director Kathie Sobremonte.
Hon. Tess Dinaculangan is an active member and officer of ACPACI. She will serve as our adviser for ACPACI’s projects for SME development this year.
ACPACI is a staunch supporter of PR BOA. It continuously assists the Board in pursuing its projects for the advancement of the profession and the CPAs specially those in the Commerce and Industry sector.
