EXTENDED DEADLINE: Submission of email addresses and mobile phone numbers

The SEC is giving corporations, associations, partnerships and individuals under its supervision until February 22, 2021 to submit their email addresses and mobile phone numbers, pursuant to SEC Memorandum Circular No. 28, Series of 2020.
Those with certificates of registration issued after January 23, 2021 will have 30 days to comply with the requirement.
The forms/ notices must be emailed at MC28_S2020@sec.gov.ph. The filing of the hard copies is optional and may be made with the SEC ICTD-ERMD Receiving Unit or through courier or PHLPost.
