EXTENDED DEADLINE: Filing/submission of BIR Form 1604-C & 1604-F extended to February 28, 2021

The deadline for the filing/submission of the Annual Information Return of Income Taxes Withheld on Compensation and Final Withholding Taxes (BIR Form 1604-C & 1604-F) extended from January 31,2021 to February 28,2021.

The law -- signed by President Rodrigo Duterte in February last year -- mandates that children aged 12 and below use the CRS and are only allowed to take the front seat if they meet the 4'11' height requirement, on top of using the regular seat belt.
