About the job
Primary Functions
1. Reports to the General Manager and President.
2. Oversees the day-to-day operations and transaction of accounting department in relation to receivables, payables, inventory, disbursement, treasury, and credit and collection
3. Maintains the highest level of trust and confidence in accounting department
4. Ensure all accounting related records are accurate and up-to-date
5. Supervise, assist, guide, coach, discipline, motivate and evaluate team member’s performance
6. Responsible for the measurement, monitoring, reporting of individual KPI and team KPI (Key Performance Indicator)
7. Responsible for creating controls to avoid and/or minimize operating costs
8. Creates, review, revise department policies, procedures and guidelines
9. Train team members and implements team company policies, procedures and guidelines.
10. Prepares management reports. Complies with company policies and procedures
11. Monitoring of weekly expenses (budgeting, accounts payable
12. Maintain and update Monthly Cash Position / bank reconciliation
13. Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
14. Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
15. Performs team member’s duties and responsibilities when deemed necessary

Requirements
Qualifications
•Minimum 5 years work experience in the same field, handling a Managerial role
•Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy
•Must be a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
•Self-starter with plenty of initiative to innovate, change or develop old ideas into new opportunities and enjoys a fast-paced exciting environment with a commitment to achieving results
•Organized, meticulous and confident
•Strategic thinker with the ability to the business
•Able to efficiently handle multiple tasks and is able to meet deadlines
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
•Good computer skills in Excel, Word, Powerpoint and email
•Strong analytical and leadership skills
•Ability to work independently and as part of overall team structure
•Excellent communicator that motivates and empowers others to stretch themselves and reach high goals
•Highly trainable
Experience
